Sale and shipping to other EU countries

Cotonshoppen.dk also ships orders to other countries outside of Denmark. However, we do not have any English translation of this website at the moment. Nevertheless, it is still possible for you to purchase from Cotonshoppen.

All freight from Denmark to foreign countries are based on actual weight and volume. Unfortunately it is rather expensive to ship outside our borders primary because all packages must be ensured and traceable. We do NOT offer mail delivery of small orders, so any given order will be calculated as no less than 1 kilo. Please notice, that we do not offer sale to non-EU countries due to heavy transport costs and export regulations.

In the following, you can see instructions as to how you can purchase products, if you live in other countries than Denmark:

“How to buy”-guideline:

Step 1)
Find the desired product(s) in the webshop and click the orange button marked "Læg i kurv" (i.e. Add to shopping basket/cart):
Step 2)
The selected product(s) will then appear in your shopping cart ("Indkøbskurv"), visible in the upper right corner of the webshop:
Step 3)
When you are finished adding items to your shopping cart, press the orange "Til kassen"-button (i.e. Check out), which you will find when clicking at the shopping cart in the upper right corner.
Step 4)
Now, you will be sent to the finalising page, where you have to enter your customer information, and payment + delivery method, before placing your order. (NB! No personal information given to Cotonshoppen will be disclosed or assigned to third parties).

The final page (step 4) involves the following process:

1) "Kundeoplysninger" (i.e. Customer information):

Enter your name, e-mail adress, phone number, address and your country of origin

2) "Fragt og levering" (i.e. Freight and delivery):

When you choose your country, the delivery fee is calculated automatically by the weight of the products you ordered.

3) "Betaling" (i.e. Payment):

Choose your payment method:

-Payment card: choose "Betalingskort" (i.e. Payment card) and choose your preferred type of card – we accept Dankort (national debit card of Denmark), Mastercard, Visa, JCB, and American Express.

4) "Bekræft ordren" (i.e. Order confirmation):

Here you can see the total cost of your order and you can also sign up to receive Cotonshoppen’s newsletter by checking the "Tilmeld dig vores nyhedsbrev"-box. (Please note that the newsletter is in Danish)

When you are ready to confirm your order, then:

- Check the box “Jeg har læst og accepterer betingelserne” (i.e. I have read and agree to the terms)
- Then click the “Godkend og betal”-button (i.e. Confirm and pay).
