Sale and shipping to other EU countries

Cotonshoppen.dk also ships orders to other countries outside of Denmark. However, we do not have an English translation of our website at the moment. Nevertheless, it is still possible for you to place an order with us.

All freight from Denmark to foreign countries is based on actual weight and volume. Unfortunately, shipping outside our borders can be rather expensive, primarily because all packages must be insured and traceable. We do NOT offer standard mail delivery for small orders; any given order will be calculated as a minimum of 1 kilo. Please note that we do not offer shipping to non-EU countries due to heavy transport costs and export regulations.

“How to buy” guideline:

Step 1)
Find the desired product(s) in the webshop and click the orange button marked "Læg i kurv" (Add to shopping basket/cart):
Step 2)
The selected product(s) will then appear in your shopping cart ("Indkøbskurv"), visible in the upper right corner of the webshop:
Step 3)
When you are finished adding items to your shopping cart, press the orange "Til kassen" button (Check out), which you will find when clicking at the shopping cart in the upper right corner.
Step 4)
Now, you will be directed to the checkout page, where you need to enter your customer information, payment method, and delivery details before placing your order. (Please note: No personal information given to Cotonshoppen will be disclosed or assigned to third parties). The final checkout page involves the following sections:

The final page (step 4) involves the following process:

1) "Kundeoplysninger" (Customer information):

Enter your name, e-mail adress, phone number, address and your country of origin

2) "Fragt og levering" (Freight and delivery):

Once you select your country, the shipping fee will be calculated automatically based on the weight and volume of the products in your cart.

3) "Betaling" (Payment):

Choose your payment method:

Select "Betalingskort" (Payment card) and choose your preferred card type – we accept Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit, JCB, and American Express.

4) "Bekræft ordren" (i.e. Order confirmation):

Here you can see the total cost of your order and you can also sign up for Cotonshoppen’s newsletter by checking the "Tilmeld dig vores nyhedsbrev" box. (Please note that the newsletter is in Danish)

When you are ready to confirm your order, then:

- Check the box “Jeg har læst og accepterer betingelserne” (I have read and agree to the terms)
- Click the “Godkend og betal” button (Confirm and pay) to proceed to the secure payment window.
